Alla has always had a passion for baking delectable cakes and pastries. During the pandemic slow-down, she wondered what more she could create. After endless YouTube videos, bread baking books, and classes - (not to mention the awesome Rofco B40 oven she purchased) - her passion has turned into homemade delectables for all to enjoy!
Although it all started with bread - Alla has branched out into creating other delicious creations from her starter. This includes sourdough pasta, bagels, and cookies!
